Made with the Basic Set. Carol's quilt is an excellent example of more is more! Strip sets, striped fabrics, the bright yellow, red, and green really pop off the washes of blues. Carol also gives your eye a few places to rest in the dotted off-white shapes and I love her choice of a thin, dark inner border acting as boundaries to move your eye back to the middle of the quilt where all the action is.
